Meet Dr. Mario D'Addario
Dr. Mario D’Addario completed his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from McGill University in 1996. In 1998, he obtained his Ph.D. in immunology from the University of Montreal and relocated to Toronto to continue his postgraduate education at the University of Toronto.
Dr. D’Addario worked as a general dentist for six years before deciding to specialize in endodontics. He finished his specialty in endodontics in 2005.
Dr. D’Addario has published numerous articles on infectious diseases in peer-reviewed journals, and has given multiple seminars at various international conferences. He is a member of the Canadian Dental Association, the Ontario Dental Association, the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario, the Royal College of Dentists of Canada, the Canadian Academy of Endodontics, and the Ontario Society of Endodontists.
Dr. D’Addario has been an active member of and held numerous positions with the Ottawa Dental Society (ODS). After having served as president of the ODS, he continues to volunteer his time with the society on various committees.
